I emerge from a dungenous week of academic torture, and it feels good. From here on out, it still could be busy but I trust that the worst is over.
the by-log
A log of the days and times of Byran Smucker: a happily-married, left-handed, tenor-singing, fair-thinking, Jesus-believing, familyandfriendsandchurchandfootballandbasketball-loving, graduate student in Statistics and Operations Research at Penn State, who’s a Mennonite to boot.

Dungenous. That's a good word. =)
Indeed.
The Baritone
We were discussing limits at infinity. I don't recall everything she said, because that stuff was mentioned as a caveat for future math classes. Her comment was something like this: "Usually, any number times zero equals zero, but any number times infinity equals infinity. We use tables to solve these problems..."
In all likelihood, I will never use those tables.
I'm in a state of shock.
Does a dungeness week turn you into a crab?
Good one Dorcas!
