Capitalism and Moral Restraint
Remember, I told you I don't know much about economics, and posited that capitalism is successful because it doesn't assume the inherent goodness of man.
Chuck Colson recently wrote an article in which he quotes Michael Novak referencing the "three-legged" stool upon which he believes capitalism stands. One of those legs is moral restraint.
I have appended my to-read book list to include Michael Novak. If anyone has any must-read authors that speak to this subject, feel free to let me know.
