Things to do this summer:
-Decide if I'm going to grad school for statistics, operations research, or industrial engineering
-Research graduate schools
-Gather material needed to apply to graduate schools
-Figure out possible ways to spend my time between graduation and graduate school (SMBI, service somewhere, ?)
-See if I can minor in Statistics here at OSU
-Take/Schedule a Graduate Record Examination (including the Math part--scary!)

Hey, here's something else to do this summer.
Can we interview you? Wouldn't that be fun? Well, for us anyhow.
Here's the deal, we ask you absolutely anything under the sun, and you have to answer.

Northern Youth Programs in Canada currently needs:
a mechanic at headquarters in Dryden
a personal worker for prison ministry in Thunder Bay
Truth or Dare, it sounds like, without the Dare. I don't know if I could handle that. Whaddaya wanna know?
I know, anon, that I'm not qualified to be a mechanic, but a personal worker, I probably could get into that.
The personal worker commitment is 2 yrs. Still interested?

Nope, not for anytime soon for two years.
Oh no Lauren. You got the wrong idea! One simple question from little, old me.......that's way to uneventful. I'm thinking big. I'm picturing everyone our friend Byron has ever known congregating in one huge clump and digging, prying, snooping and spying.
But, okay, I'll ask some questions. I LOVE to ask questions almost as much as I hate proof-reading.

First of all, e-harmony? Hmmm. Sounds like desperation. Are you getting desperate? I've always said, desperation causes people to do foolish things. But, hey, look at Tom, he's still single, AT HIS AGE......my stars, you've got alot of good years ahead of you.
Oh, this is going to be so much fun I can hardly contain my excitement as my mind begins spinning is vicious circles!
Questions.......
1. Are you desperate?
2. Can you type with your toes?
3. Did you ever try? (quesion 2)
4. What is your idea of a dream date? (I love to ask people that quesion!)
5. French fries or onion rings?
6. Chocolate or vanilla?
7. What song do you completely lose yourself in? You know, like you are totally GONE and forget about yourself. That's where the whole "drowning in the music comes in.
8. Can Tom really cook?
9. Would you rather have people call your laugh a giggle or an exuberant snort?

11. What is your dream vacation?
12. If you could live anywhere in the world that you could, where would you choose?
